Actually yes there is!

All of our full systems come with a valve controller, if you want to have the best sound experience without pops and cracks here is what you do:

Make sure you install full exhaust system with our valve controller, it is a completely separate system that allows for open and closed modes. It does not tie into the cars ECU.

Drive the car in M mode but have the exhaust button OFF

Open the Valvetronic exhaust valves and boom you have a very aggressive sound experience with no pops and cracks. No tune necessary

Why does the car have to be in M mode? From my understanding M mode just changes the display. Does it do anything different to the exhaust rather than just putting all the settings in sport plus and exhuast button on?

You are correct, we were just referencing the preset modes that are available. You can configure the car with the buttons by the transmission selector separately if you so choose. In our testing, the exhaust button increases the active sound design drastically, rather than actually changing the exterior sound experience.
