They are seemingly hot because BMW makes a lot fewer M3s than M4s, but If that's what you want, go for it. Having the utility of a 4 door/5 seater makes a lot more sense. Just make sure to post pics when/if you get it. As of now, the only thing that would make me order something new is if they open European Delivery back up.

Yep. Got really lucky scouring the US for a black sapphire metallic G80 instead of waiting 1-1.5 yrs for an order, and my wife found the Jerez Black on in SoCal, so we snagged it.

PCD is a great experience, I had scheduled it again for my ordered G82, was a bit unhappy when I found my current car in the states already and couldn't do PCD.

i have not seen it in person so I'm going to trust BMW, since they just made it available for the M3, that it will be bad ass. I ordered AR on my m4 with no examples either and i am happy with the way that one turned out

I think this is Frozen Pure Grey, not Frozen Pure Grey II.

Here's my configurator. Note the name difference as well as the appearance. Granted, the configurator doesn't represent colors all that accurately, but it's much darker than Frozen Pure Grey.

You guys are correct, it is a little darker. Confusingly enough, they offer ANOTHER similarly-named color on the Z4, which seems to be in between the two. This is Frozen Grey II (no "pure" in the name):

Yep. Jerez black is the flat black with metallic blue flake mixed in. It looks black any time except in direct sunlight when you can see the blue shining through. It's really deep blue though. I love it. My old man running a blue 2020 M5, so I joke and tell him that my car is "blue" just like his. 😂
