Finally picked up my San Marino Blue AWD G80 M3 w/ carbon fiber bucket seats

Will do. I’ll get you one today. I had the same thought: didn’t want red, and was worried it would be too much blue. The black is totally fine, but mayyybe blue would have been better just for that pop of color in the wheel. The black is very subtle. Can’t go wrong either way.

I'm still waffling on PPF or not. Trying to find a place that could fit me in and that I can get some recommendations from up here in Wisconsin. I have never had PPF before.

Here you go! The black is kind of nice because it matches the gloss black side skirts.

I've never done PPF before, but I decided to for this car. I'm doing the full front, side skirts, and rear bumper. This car is going to see snow/ice/salt/etc.

Good LORD is that pretty. Congrats! If I had ever ended up ordering a custom F80 instead of getting a used 911, I was 100% ordering SMB...and this was before the F80 CS came out.

I'm 5'5" 145lbs, so they were basically made for me. I haven't done any long trips yet, but so far I'm loving them. It's impossible to look cool getting in or out of the driver seat though, that's for sure.

Fantastic spec and San Marino must be one of the nicest blue there is.

I have a Portimao blue on order and would change to San Marino in a heartbeat if it wouldn't be for the already pretty expensive build...

Good luck keeping that Silverstone white leather clean. I have that currently on my G82 and I absolutely cannot clean it fully. I've tried everything and tons of different products. It becomes darker as pants dye and other things rubs on to it and can't fully remove it. Even had a mobile detailing unit come over and look at it. Tried wearing different pants, no dice. It just gets messy.

My incoming G82 XDrive will have the Fiona Red which will hopefully be easier to keep clean.

Did you try a ceramic treatment early on?
