Instrument cluster - hide Mileage ?
This may sound silly- but is it possible to turn off or "hide" the cars mileage in the instrument cluster?
Coming from a Lexus- I love that I can hide/ turn off my mileage until I want to see it again. It gives the dash a much cleaner look in my opinion. CR1

I don't have my M4 yet, but I had 3 years with iDrive 7 with its predecessor. On the end of the lefthand column stalk, there are one or two buttons (should be two, if your car has automatic high beam headlights). The upper or (if one) only button toggles among a half dozen displays inside the tachometer. One of those is odometer (total and trip); the others will hide your mileage while displaying their contents.
The car's mileage will briefly show upon startup, then disappear again if you have the display set for other content. (I default to gear -- for simplicity -- or music being played, if I want to view album art.) |

I actually have trouble figuring out how many miles my car has on it other than when I turn it on and off since it doesn't display an odometer like every other car I've owned.
