Is anyone else having a problem with the MYBMW app updating the status. Pulling the screen down refreshes the date and time, but nothing else updates. The app is connected to the car, because I can still lock and unlock the car.

Location, mileage, or fuel level aren't updating. Right now the gas tank is full and I've done everything I can think of, except disconnecting the app from the car, and reconnecting it.

It's complicated. And I'm not even sure it worked 100% because I just tried to pull the screen down to update it, and it still says the time from 3am.

Get in the car, navigate to apps installed, and hit the options button on the lower console, behind the iDrive wheel. A screen will pop up with a few options. That option that should be selected already. Update apps and services.

Click the iDrive wheel to select it. The update takes a few seconds. Then press and hold the radio volume hardware button below the infotainment screen. I held mine in for like 2 minutes, until the car stereo resets twice. Then click it and turn it back on.

Log out of the app. In the app, click the little man in the bottom right corner, and then click the gear at the top right. Click on BMW ID then logout. Then log back in.

It's a lot of work. But I haven't been able to pull the screen down and have it refresh. It still tells me, now, the last time it's refreshed was like 3am.

The app was giving me grief over the weekend too. Honestly I think it's a BMW systems thing. Mine is back to normal but even remote camera is shit lately.

I've yet to have remote camera work for me. I've tried it everyday since I picked up my car. Haven't gotten it to work, even once.

Make sure to double check all the settings are done correctly.

I already gave up for now on the remote camera... only drove the M4 once in two weeks and unable to get the App, to update in the garage.
Anyone with solutions?

Remote camera is flakey but does work for me time to time. I'd say it's about a 30-50% success rate depending on the day. Pretty abysmal.

Right, but you can also do this 360 in the car, on the iDrive. Don't remember how that's done.
