I'd call this a square-ish set up currently, especially as the front settles… I will say the poke in the rear for some reason comes across more aggressive in 1st person? Could be just confirmation bias too.
It certainly looks like you could get away with 18 in the front, but not sure you neeeed to. I have the Michelins, so I'm a bit lucky there so far as knowing 15 square will fit just fine…in your case, though, personally, I might try for a 15 square set up too, but damn, it looks amazing now so totally not necessary unless you want to, as only you can see it in person!

I’ll see if I can snap pic full lock tomorrow morning.. I got excited like everyone else and wanted it on the ground. We used a chalk stick method. Wiped some chalk on tire, move said tire around and drive forward and backward. Literally marks where it rubs.

It has been!!!! Luckily I not only found a shop, but even better. Just don't want to post who because they don't do cars like ours usually and therefore don't want to promote they are willing to do mine. It was literally through a referral so I'm staying mum on the topic, but I'm blessed, that's for sure. All I need is the spacers and MSS kit, which the latter will arrive on Monday…so hopefully by end of next week.

Works out well anyways….in a shop now getting PPF and ceramic coat, then Monday next week I get my 1200 miles break in service and I will get the springs so all good!!

EDIT: The worst part of shop-finding didn't end where I left it either in my other posts on this thread…I actually asked my BMW dealer, who said they would do it for sure, but wanted to charge me 10 friggen hours labor for it!

Medal thank you brother! Excited to hear, and more importantly see your successes in receiving and finding a quality/reasonable shop you can build a new relationship with. Losing your shop is like losing your high school girlfriend…

Kudos for you to grind it out- sounds like you win at end of day on this case!
Though they might not work on the platform much, sounds like they might still have a better idea than your local dealers service bay for gods sakes… what the hell!?

No wonder they told you “ they prefer you to come to them for these kind of things” … yeah, great
Profit center!!!

Exactly!

They said all the do is look at how long the service manual states it should take to replace the stock springs. In this case supposed it states 10.5 hours, or something like that. No thanks…good dudes and all, and I love my local dealer and service center; i just get along with everyone there, but definitely glad this worked out that I found someone to do my install because between my dealer, and those other couple places, the average install price I was being quoted was $1750. F-in $1750 for a spring and spacer job….that's NUTS!

FYI all, the Turner/ECS flush kit I first posted about in this thread...:

https://g80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1859124

....will be up for sale soon...I just want to get the MSS HAS and 15mm set up done to make sure I'm good and don't need the 12.5mm spacers before putting it up. I know I won't and I'm being overly cautious, but at this point I'm being safe and not sorry...but if anyone is interested, the kit was obviously never installed and is in the exact same condition it was when I took the pics in the first post of this thread...feel free to PM me about it until it's up for sale in the member classifieds section.

I have P0's and 10mm Front, 13mm rear BMS spacers.

The front ABSOLUTELY rub even with 10mm's and P0's when reversing just right. Mostly happens when I back out of my driveway at full lock. But they for sure rub.

Just went to 18/15 on H&R with Michelin's no rubbing and prefer it better than the 15/12 I was running

Another shot of the 15f/12r FC spacers w/ PZeros... still haven't noticed any rubbing while backing out of the driveway but I'll continue to monitor it... dropping it on AST springs very soon, too.

Going to pick mine up now! Can't wait and pics to come…I had 15mm spacers at all four corners, and MSS HAS kit installed. Hoping to throw these on while there but if not, I'll have to throw em on another time:

EDIT: also forgot to say I had a stud conversation done too; I'll try to remember to snap pics of everything

The Pirelli's are so much different when it comes to fitting spacers.

I've swapped out my set up of spacers so that I am now running 12mm Bimmec spacers (from R44 Performance) on all 4 corners and I am still rubbing in the fronts when doing a full lock reverse (or anywhere close to it).

I'm charging my cordless angle grinder tool and am planning on doing a little surgery on the front vents in the fender well this weekend. The rubbing is better with the 12s, but still noticeably present.

That's a bummer and sorry to hear. It's crazy how much a difference tires can make like you said. It certainly has my wondering what I'll have to change once I get winter tires on.

Not to threadjack but is it possible/safe to just put spacers on 1 axle? I feel like the rears fill out the wells but the fronts def need to come out a bit.

I have the exact same spacers and tires. Definitely rub in reverse. I've tried 12mm and 15mm in front, both rubs with fender liner in reverse. So sad.

Damn, seeing this thread and how good the 826M wheels can look with a drop and spacers really has me rethinking aftermarket wheels. Why drop $10k+ on wheels when it can look this good.

Fitted an 18/12 setup today with Pirelli's. Rubs on full lock to the right. It is just on the vent fins so not a big deal. After about 75 miles of normal driving, no fender rubbing or other weird noises.

I finally heard the rubbing but so far, I'm able to avoid it by backing up slowly and not going full lock if I can help it... I'm keeping this set up as it does not rub in any other situation; even now lowered on AST springs.
