Bimmerlink Exhaust Valve Open?

I recently bought bimmerlink for my 24 g80x. There's an option on there to keep the exhaust valves open, but when I try to use it and error message pops up. Most options work fine on BL but not that one. Has this happened to anyone? Has anyone had any luck actually having it work? Are there any options, as far as coding apps go, to keep valves open?

Doesn't work on the G8x.

Only option is a physical valve controller, save for an ECU unlock + a tune.
