Thanks in advance.
Nov residuals are the same as October. MF for November went up slightly as indicated in the post above.

Is there a separate thread for Lease Program that I missed? It seems that all lease threads for different models have not been updated for Nov.

Thanks again.

Best place to get lease program info is Edmunds lease forums...

For those that are seeing markups on the money factor, what numbers are you seeing?

Hi guys, a dealer in Texas is telling me they can have an allocation for me in January, no mark up. Sounds too good to be true? I am buying (financing).

Got it. I'm getting that MF on my lease but will get the car at MSRP.
I figured its next to impossible to get a car at or below MSRP and a good MF.

I'm just fortunate I was able to get one on the way. This is such a crazy market.

There are several dealers who sell for MSRP, so its possible. Hope they arent marking up the loan apr.

Most that sell at msrp will mark up the mf or the apr to make some money for not marking up the car. If you come with your own loan in hand, they will give you the base mf or advertised 0.9%.

Several dealers mark up MF or APR right before delivery.

MSRP and base rate is possible with many dealers if its negotiated in the beginning stages and agreed by both parties in written.

I just ran the numbers with an increase in money factor on my deal from .00111 to .00151 and it changed the payment $47 a month or so.. so over the lease of 36 months you have to decide is backing out on principle of them being shady worth getting back in line and waiting 6 more
Months for less then 1800 dollars? Run the numbers again with same money down on a loan through a credit union and my payment is actually lower on the loan then lease on 84 months financing with same down.. this is a sellers market and just sucks right now

Maybe a dumb question and slightly off topic, but I just got my car. Got .9% @ 60mos...

How do you get your BMWFS Acct #? I just want to go in and setup auto pay. The site doesn't recognize my social & the dealer just gave me a truth in lending sheet with nothing else from BMWFS. Do I have to wait a few days for them to actually fund the loan? Wait for something in the mail?

This is my first time actually using manufacturer financing (I usually bring my own and set all of this up at the bank in the past)

If it doesn’t show up in 2-3 business days, I would contact BMW Financial Services directly. Maybe they were closed the last few days for Thanksgiving? Here’s the contact info if your in the US: https://www.bmwusa.com/contact-us.html

Thanks for the info. Finance Manager actually just called back to get my auto pay details and said BMW FS would send me my acct # once they actually fund the loan

Congrats on the new M car! I’ve financed quite a few BMWs with BMWFS. The rates are pretty darn good every now and then. I only go with them during specials like 0.9% for New or 0% for CPO. Don’t think they ever had 0% for new vehicles. You will also get info on how to view your account online to see payoff etc…

Same as November - that's my understanding from the Edmunds M3 Forum.

Assuming Elite credit, has anyone in Florida been able to get .9% APR on Select?
I know it's regional, but BMW is showing .9% for my region.

Last dealer told me marking up the APR to 1.9% is the only way they will be able to make money.

I'm buying from out of state, but I'm in FL and I'm getting 0.9% with Select.
