I never order steak in a restaurant. When I go out, I like to treat myself to something that I can't cook myself. Which mean just about everything on the menu.

Tri-tip on the BBQ tonight. Lawry's and a fresh orange.
Wife made scalloped potatoes (how can something smell like old baby diapers but taste so good)

It's dark at the bbq, can't tell what color the middle is. Dog and I have thoroughly enjoyed both ends at this point

Not a problem, I went to Costco and get the best one available (had it before). I did Double Cheesed it and add Bacon Bits.

Mikes is a small chain restaurent in Québec, but they might be everywhere in Canada through Costco. Maybe LJ can confirm its available in NB.

Yes they are. They used to be known as Mike's Submarines. On one of my bike rides to Quebec, I stopped in Berthierville, just 85km from Montreal off Hwy 40 and stopped at the Mike's there owned by NHL great Guy Lafleur. I had a chance to meet him and had a nice chat with his wife at the bar.
