Transport Blocks Not Removed At Delivery?

So I took delivery of my 2022 M3 Drive last week and this car is un-drivable. I have had a Porsche Turbo and other sports cars so I am no novice with cars that have firm rides. My wife and I took the 405 to pick up my son from LAX last night and we were almost launched into the headliner several times going over road transitions and bumps that are not out of the ordinary for Los Angeles streets. My son got in the car and asked not to take my car to San Diego for Thanksgiving. I can't image putting my foot down with some gusto as I feel I would lose control of the car if the street was not paved to perfection. Is this typical for M3 ride quality? Does this sound like maybe the transport blocks were not taken off? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
