How much are the new Stock PS4's worth - Brand new

When my G82 finally arrives I'll be pulling the stock tires (Hopefully PS4's) and putting the PS4 All Seasons on for our Wisconsin weather.

Any thoughts on what the take-off tires would be worth here?

10% discount since they are technically used.

If they’re PS4s, probably around $500. If they’re P-Zero, definitely $0.00

I joke, but I am definitely not a fan of Pirelli.

This is prob pretty close to accurate :

I did the same quick swap to PS AS4 for the PNW winter and listed my Pzeros with 300 mi on them for $1K. Already lowered to 900 and no takers. I'll likely just hold on to them if I can't get 60-70% of new (~$1300 on tire rack)

Used tires (yes I know they are technically new) have a very low resale value. You may be able to get $150 per tire. Plus unless you ship, which is expensive, the market for that size is pretty small further limiting resale value.

I put on the PS4 AS yesterday and stored the summers in my garage. It's only $100 to swap them out and I'll get a lot more years out of having both. Maybe do that if you can.

Also, just know that the tread pattern on the AS is still very aggressive. I can't imagine them handling much more than a dusting. More like cold and raining tires than snows.

I guess it will depend a lot which car you have - I put these on my C8 and I was fine in up to about 4" of snow driving around town - No freeway... I'll be using these in an Xdrive so I'm hoping for at least as good of bad weather performance as they did on the Corvette.

Thnx - yeah, fortunately snow is pretty rare in Seattle, but when it does, will stay parked for a few days.

It's pretty hard to sell a used set of tires, especially when they need to be shipped.

I'm interested in the PS4S depending on which part of WI you're in.

If they're tires with little to no miles on them you can definitely get pretty close to msrp, just wait for the right buyer.

Some "new" tires are older production dates and go for less even though they're technically new, but this isn't the case for yours

Definitely don't sell them for $150-200 per tire, you can probably get closer to 250-300 per since they are basically new (if they're PS4S, not sure about Pirelli resale)

Agreed, there needs to be enough savings to help with shipping and still save money over buying a new set. Bet if you get a UPS ground quote for each tire it may surprise you, shipping expense has gotten crazy.

Local sale is always better. Shipping used tires is not worth it

I checked a few weeks ago and it was about 100 per tire to ship. You might be able to get away with 2 tires if taped right for about that price, but probably not anymore.

Speedy services MN and WI, I bet they can do it for about $20 each.

In the past when I sell take-off tires, I ask for (and usually get) 50% of MSRP. I figure that's fair to both buyer and seller.

My last set of used (3K) tires I took off of a <cough> domestic car, I got $100 for all four and was happy.

If the OP is selling brand-spankin' new PS4s, I would be interested.

As for the comments on the A/S+ 4 pilot supremes deluxe, it's as much about rubber compound as it is tread.
