I think the 2007.5 335i's (post March 2007 build) have the electronic "LSD" (if you can call it that) have it.
My early sedan seemed more like a one-legger than my May 2007 Coupe (which I can slide...drift...much easier in the coupe, where the sedan just spun the inside wheel) but it's still not a replacement for a true LSD.
