Hello there,

I wanted to start an all Canadian thread about orders that are not being delivered due to a recall or anything else. In my case, I have been stuck at the Bremerhaven port since early December with an open recall for the RAM module. Current status 193-195. Exactly same situation here, and no updates at all, I don't know when the stop sales close, and when cars will arrive in Canada. Feels sucks

thats rough.. and people from week 48 and after getting their cars delivered. Keep us updated! Unfortunately I'm at a point where I check my recall every day. Kind if sad.. MTL here

Don't worry it's normal. I check mine every morning. I'm week 46 I feel bad for everyone earlier than me but then that makes me think I'm going to be getting this car later as well. I'm estimating I should get it in April if I'm lucky.

Week 46 here too. I feel like all east coast canadian cars will be addressed/ loaded together from week 38 to week 46

Week 35 for me. Frustrated as hell and ready to cancel - I'm figuring by the time I get this 2022 Model it will be time for a 2023 order....these machines sitting there can't be great on residual value?

Where are you taking delivery and what does your build look like? Sorry to hear that. I have seen more and more people get these issues resolved in the past weeks so hopefully we are next!

Build week 38 here. Like everyone else beyond frustrated especially as I sit and see build weeks after mine are taking deliveries. Getting very close to simply moving to a 2023 and wait the additional 4 months. SA quietly commented that if it was his car, he would not take delivery of a car that has been sitting since early October.

Taking Delivery Moncton NB so I'm assuming Halifax NS.

My build is a 2022 G82 Competition Cabriolet Frozen Dark Grey with Ultimate Package.

I know there is price protection from initial time of ordering in June 2021 - but at what point do you pull the plug? Or do you dare ask BMW for some sort of reduction in MSRP for a car that has been sitting there since September 2021?

I would keep it regardless. I think you will be happy once it's in your possession and worst case sell it the next day for over 10k msrp minimum…

Any idea if this might affect upcoming builds for later in the year? I know its hard to say, but i'm wondering if the RAM module issue will have a trickle down effect and delay deliveries for other cars moving forward.

As of now, later builds are cleared and being delivered. Happy for you guys but very frustrating for us

Thanks for sharing. Same situation happened with me in China. My car was produced in NOV, the system was showing 195 at one time. After the STOP SALE, my status shifted back to 193. Please updating me if you have any news on the Canadian site.

Not yet. The real question is how much do you check a day 😂. I'm guilty of at least 5x.

I'm also at 195 since November. Please don't say it can shift back to 193
