Just now, I added carbon buckets to my build but stayed in the same build week.
You just never know.
Build the car how you want it! Add that full leather now!

Damn! Sorry dude that sucks. I started this journey in august and am still not in production. I'm in week 50.
At least you'll have what you really want now. In my opinion, it'll be with the extra wait in that case.

Well I was hoping to hit production this week, instead got bumped to week 1. Went from 41-45-47-1. I understand supply chain shortage, but it seems there's no rhyme or reason to when cars are built. My biggest gripe is my trade in value of my current car will be less by the time of delivery, more mileage and wear and tear.

..........pushed back to 111 again. fourth time.....so sad......so nervous. I'm experiencing an unbelievable situation. No infos from BMW, few infos from my (official) M dealer and only if I am asking.....nothing directly their own.
inexistent communication from BMW Italy to its M owners, at least let me aware of what is blocking my car (if a particular option or something else).....and a certain timeline. ordered my car early june.....starting to think of what to do with my order, if keep it or wait the MY'23 at this point. Really sad as told.

I'm in the same situation in Germany. I asked on Tuesday and I was still 112. But updates only come when I ask and I'm a little nervous to ask again. Hopefully, I'll get an update today. I've been pushed 3 times already (40, 42, 45 to 47), I ordered mine in late July.

I'm hopeful but not optimistic.

Same with me, Frankfurt area. Ordered in June for an October delivery. After several weeks it was said production week 46. After no more info and push from my side BMW told my dealer now that it will not be produced in 2021 and he should tell me it will be Q1/2022. If I will not have more certainty around XMas, I will cancel order. Just for the reason of unbelievable arrogant and neglecting customer service. I am quite stubborn in this respect.

Checking in to this thread - RockinPA and I both got our allocations at nearly the same time from the same dealer, but I was originally slated for week 44. Since then I have been pushed to 45 then 47. I'm in a weird situation though, as my status on MyBMW has been 112 (scheduled for production) since early October with no changes. Genius tells me that my order was "confirmed" on November 5, despite my status going to 112 over a month ago. They are now assuring me that my car was confirmed to have begun production this week, despite my status still being Scheduled for Production. Idk what to believe anymore lol.

I called the genius today and spoke with someone that sounded high as a kite, anyway... He said my status hasn't moved because I moved into week 48 (next week). He said people that go back to 111 have been delayed at least a few weeks. So I guess we should be hopeful we'll get our VINs by the end of the week?

Same for me, not a single call from my dealer explaining the situation, or the exact reason of the delay or anything else.
Not to mention to offer a bigget discount or something like that due to the delay (first expected delivery date end of october, now january).
All info I could gather is by going there in person.
Awful customer service.
I am week 49, status 112, if I get pushed to 2022 I will surely cancel order.

went from 47 to week 2 so I decided to add full leather.

Just now I went back to status 112 form 111 and it shows I have full leather. Could I get lucky and start my build sooner? A 7 week push sounds awful lol

And then there’s stop sales… don’t even get me started on those. As of right now if it actually goes into production next week, I’d say mid to late January is a realistic estimate. At least that’s what I’m assuming.
