I would have never guessed so many people optioned a moon/sunroof on this car. I thought it would be like 1% max. Ive owned a few dozen cars, most of them, I option with a moonroof, so, its nothing new, to me. My daily has one, my Type R didnt. My daily before that, did. I've had half a dozen Civics, theyve all had them, (Except the Type R) I have a 21 Accord Touring for a commuter, currently, with one, and I never open it. Carbon roof, for me.

"Weight loss of the moon roof" 🙄 like it makes a difference in whatever you do in our cars. Come on man.

Happily spec'ed mine with a moonroof, that was a no-brainer for me, especially since it's at no-charge.

Love all the light, love cracking it for some outside air, and love opening it on occasion to let the air rush in, especially at night.

I did end up wrapping it in a carbon fiber wrap, something I didn't plan to do. But the CF wrap my shop had looked so authentic, I said, "Why not?", plus it goes with my CF theme (inside and out). The dealer thought I had cut the factory roof off and installed a real carbon fiber roof, around my moonroof. Uh, no, sir, it's just a wrap.

Wow that actually looks pretty good in the pic! Personally, I wouldn't do it because it's representing something it's not. I would have gone with just a black roof for the look. It's your car though, and it looks good, so no hate!

For me, I wanted no sunroof because I need the helmet clearance. I have a big giant freak head which means I need a big giant freak helmet and I'm almost touching the ceiling in my F80 with the seat all the way down to the floor already.
