Missing Satellite Radio option

There is no satellite radio option in the menu. The service department had not seen this issue before but agreed to research it. I know that some have had this issue upon delivery as well. Can anyone who has had this issue tell me about the fix?

Congrats!! The sat radio seems to be a known issue from what I've seen on here.

Known issue. BMW will program it into the vehicle at no cost. It is shown on the window sticker under standard options as well. Just have your dealer reach out to their Service rep from BMW NA.

Are those the bi-color or full black wheels?

I started a separate post on this in this same thread. It's a known issue. The hardware came up on the build sheets but the software did not so it was not installed at the factory. I had mine in for service a few weeks ago. BMW is aware of the issue and was working on a fix. I haven't heard from the dealer yet that the fix is ready.
