Rubber marbles that were picked up on track? Very common.

Did you mean to put XP20 for the fronts or is it XP12s? XP20 and XP10 seem like it would be a significant difference in pads. Ive run carbotechs in my RS3, GTR, and will in the M3 Comp I just got so was interesting to see you post about them and how awesome they were! Looking forward to your response before I pick up my set!!

I did a full session on them with stock tires and they were fantastic. I cant comment yet on durability but feel and stopping power was excellent.

For my 2022 M3 Competition xDrive would I be able to use 275/30/20 winter tires/wheels without issue for the xDrive model?
From the factory I have 19” wheels up front and 20” in the rear. Just wanted to make sure it doesn’t impact the xDrive technology due to swapping tire/wheel sizes. |

good tip it is to always confirm the true OD on the manufactures web site or customer service. tire size calculators will give you the exact dimensions for the size you input but some companies OD is different.
example is my M/T SS 305/35R18, calculation shows OD at 26.4 but the OD on the M/T in that size is actually 26.6 from manufacture. this is true with some brands (mainly for drag radials) AWD systems are exact and don't like much change 1% is acceptable but 0% is best. This way you can factor uneven tire wear (front/rear) as the tires will typically wear different and yes this will affect OD 1,2,3 %" isn't much if you have brand new tires in on one axle and worn on another this will effect OD! |

Looking at this thread that often gets pointed to to talk about % of difference. The OP had larger front (overall diameter) and rears on the car. Under no circumstances with AWD cars does the system like larger front tires.
I'm confused as this was "sorta" brought up, but overlooked. If I'm wrong OP, let me know. |

This might be obvious so apologies if so. Did you set your tyre size in the system?
Under tyre settings-> tyre selection -> manual. I also now use road force balancing. This cut down the huge number of weights to 2-3 small ones. |
