Fjord Blue causing delays in production time frame?
So I just made a deal trading in my X3M for a M3, production in October, 42 I believe. Skyscraper gray and I wanted fjord blue but when they changed to that color they got a production delay which would extend it about 2 months for "individual interior", odd part is when he switched it to the red which is also semi-individual there was no delay.
Anyone else hear of delays caused by the blue interior leather? |

I'm checking, also have Fjord and was supposed to be week 42 but hasn't flipped to 112 yet.

Not sure if my dealer wasn't on the ball, or if I got an allocation someone else didn't want. When I checked the build, my Fjord was now red (someone might have screwed up or changed it when they saw the delay). Asked them to switch it back (while in 112 status) and it wouldn't accept the order. Tried Silverstone and it worked fine. Seems like an issue with Fjord, probably based on what Calbears said.

I have fjord blue and didn't encounter any delays, but I had it selected for my week 37 build since middle of July. I believe the manager said week 37 was for individual options. So not sure if you guys are encountering delays when switching to fjord when you originally didn't have any individual options and then they need to move you to an individual production week.

Genius told me my build that was originally supposed to be week 42 is now anticipated to be 44, but not 112 yet. I have extended Fjord.

Full Fjord M Sport seats here, was told week 42, looks like I am still on pace, flipped to 112 status Scheduled for Production. Seems like many lately have been ordering Fjord than I have read in the past
I too was told it was considered an individual option and could "lock" the order from further revision? I am totally fine with that since I am set with what I wanted.
