People who ordered M3 with carbon buckets (I think with FR) early this year saw a lot of delays as well.

Did you order Fiona Red buckets too? or a different color? I have Silverstone buckets in my Week 41 build and thinking about taking them out if they create the possibility of delay.

This is pretty surreal. If you stay on this forum long enough you start seeing the same questions, theories and conspiracies you read in week 10 that you do in week 38!!

Lol. You would think BMW would have fixed these issues by now but it looks like they havent and as long as there is a long line of die hard fans willing to put up with their shenanigans, they prob wont even think of doing anything different. I got a call from my dealer who wanted 10K to be on their orderbank that they have an allocation and that I can order it for 5K instead. I said, thanks but FO !!!

I saw the thread was 2 pages long, and just assumed it was 6 months old! This is like Groundhog Day...

I went to 112 to 105 3 times in the early part of this year. Time from production number to delivery was over 8 months. Most have gotten their cars faster than that, but be patient. This probably won't be the last delay, but your car will eventually arrive!

And it is awesome when it does!

Right around the time that ship sank with all the Porsches on it, I had three different Porsche dealerships contact me asking if I want to sell my Macan. Each offered more than I paid for it 2 years ago, problem was they all wanted $10K to $15K ADM for a new order, and a year and a half wait....

That's the dilemma of the past year and a half... if you didn't need another car you could make off like a bandit.. but if you did... no real benefit.
