Selling my 2021 G80 M3 6 speed MT

Car is awesome sad to get rid of it but buying a house soon.

Car was recently serviced at BMW oil change, micro filter, and brake fluid.
Also went through a 29 point inspection. Have receipts. Car is in excellent condition and rarely driven low miles!

Car currently has 9850 miles.

-Only has one key lost the other.
-Lowered on AST lowering springs
-active X pipe

I have the original springs and X pipe.

Car is amazing and again I am sad to get rid of it but priorities come first and this is a feeler if I don’t get what I want I’m going to keep it.
