I didn't negotiate anything. I know someone in the company that made a phone call for me. I can't tell you that you would be able to get the same deal.

They had one G82 allocation, at the time, and I got it at MSPR which is fair for the California market. But my lease is 36mo 12k miles 56% .00093 (x2400) All the standard stuff, right now. It's just not marked up. My car is highly spec'd and the SA did tell me I'm probably looking at $1,600-$1,680mo. If I only want to put $1,000 down.

Well, since the m5 is more money, but it's lease numbers are better, you're probably right.

I am trying to decide if I should pick up my car now or wait until August numbers are released. Is there a possibility that that the residual will increase on the 2021s?

Extremely unlikely as 2022s are getting delivered. But, there could be additional incentives on 2021s. Again, unlikely, but there's a chance. Either way, a 1% changes your monthly by about $20.

Hey guys. So I've switched dealers since I got a really bad vibe from where I was dealing previously when they lied to me about them pumping the money factor on the lease. Here is the deal I've worked out with a different dealer:

MSRP: 79,595
Selling at: 78,095

MF: .00093
Residual: 58%
Fees: 1,498 (995 acquisition, 303 doc fee, 200 DMV)
Tax rate: 7%

Out of pocket/monthly cost options:
5000/998
7500/925
10,000/853
14,000/737

I have 14,000 in a "car fund" after profiting from selling two used cars in today's market. I'll probably keep this money aside aside draw from it each month make payments.

How did I do?

From what I am gathering right now anything under MSRP and with base MF is a good deal.

Does your dealer actually have an allocation? And if so, so they have any more?

Yeah. Don't put that $14,000 down. I assume you know that's for 7,500 miles a year which is why the residual is 58%?

Haha we’re working on that as we speak. Feeling confident about an October build allocation, but may have an earlier one available as another customer may decide not to go through a deal.

I’m shopping around but not in a rush. Just had a dealer tell me 5k over MSRP. I’m not open to that but I get why some are. Hot commodity.

58% residual makes sense on a 7,500 mile per year lease. The updated lease residuals are on the first page of this thread, however, there are no number factors "listed," for anything under 10K miles.

The BMW Ultra Low Mileage Lease is new. Started beginning of July. Knowing BMW Marketing, probably take them a few months to update their website.

7,500 is super low mileage. It may even hit 59%-60% I'm going for 12-15K when I sign mine. On a side note, everything else in California is off the hook, expensive, but I'm glad there is a limit to the DOC fee charge, here, of $80. I usually pay around $60.

Hi, I am I’m Chicago too. Which dealer was shady and which one you ultimately went with? Had loose talk with Westmont (msrp) and Bill Jacobs (small wiggle room. Bought M2C from them).

Sounds like base MSRP, 72 months @ 1.9%?

I would like to know those numbers too. I'm at 880 a month with 15k down on a 78,395 MSRP.

both the m3 and m4 are qualified for .9% financing for up to 60 months.

However, this may or may not change as of today.
