Steve has been there for a while and I've bought multiple cars from them. The GM and sale rep took our friendship and the money I spent there for granted so I took my business across the river with my deposit. They wouldn't return my calls and give me a production number. Southside gave me one and followed up with me during the process.

Don't blame you. I had one bad experience with the southern service department. So I've stayed up north so far.

P.S. GM and leadership was replaced july 1. Didn't seem like it was voluntary. Met one of the new managers. He was incredibly nice and dealership did not seem so tense.

I lived in Virginia Beach many years ago in the late 80's. We had a house on the beach about 300 yards south of the bay tunnel bridge. I was only there 3-4yrs. But I left Virginia with a lot of wonderful memories.

That's a great combination. I saw a similar set up when I picked up my G83 from PCD. Couple from NOVA was next to me in the entrance. They Got a IOMG on Kalami. It was gorgeous. Wouldn't trade my silverstone, but it was a great combo.

If anyone is around this weekend, I'm planning on heading to the Chesapeake Cars and Coffee on Saturday. It's definitely one of the better ones in southeast Virginia.

What's up all! I lived in VB for 15 years and actually ran the largest BMW group in Hampton Roads back when I had a 2009 335i. Up in Alexandria, VA now running the streets with my IOMG Comp.

If anyone needs a good contact at Checkered Flag or needs PPF, Ceramic, Detailing - HMU for a hookup. Love helping out my VB BMW community!

Who is the best dealer in the area?

Where do you guys go for service like tuning, suspension work and coding.

I do all of my own work in my barn, I'd always be happy to lend a hand.

For my wheel/tire mounting and balancing, I've been going to Racewerks for quite some time. It's a euro race shop that has a fantastic reputation. They're located in Virginia Beach.

Things I've done on my G80 so far; front grills & ducts, suspension (KW HAS), mid pipes, MPE, CSL-yellow LED boards for laser lights, plenty of aero pieces and lots of odds and ends.
