new carbon steering wheel

This was another of my “should have come from the factory this way” mods. The process was straightforward, though not simple. Took a bit to get everything to fit up right, especially with the full carbon wheel trim.

Installed the Madtrace shifters while I was at it, very cool feel and sound. Though probably need a trans tune to get the trans to shift like the pedals feel

Even kept heated wheel (well, grips).

What wheel is this and can you get leather instead of Alcantara.

This looks like one of those generic Alibaba eBay wheels that are a dime a dozen.

Went a different route with my carismo wheel but man does it change the entire feel. By far one of my favorite mods.

It’s from New Jersey Bimmers, had it custom made. They have leather versions
