Can we do a roll call on g83 convertible owners?

Thanks for the pictures. This example, coupled with my experience in seeing a M440i with a coffee interior, gives me an idea.

There is a M4 'vert with non-extended Tartufo with Dravit in my area, but I have yet to catch up with him.

If you disconnect and add it sometimes fixes that issue.

You talking about CarPlay dropping off? If so, yes, I did this and it helped. It was dropping often at different spots. But now it still drops 100% of the time at one spot near my house. So...still an issue. It hasn't happened anywhere else since I re-paired.

As for liking it would buy it again. Still low mileage but the small amount of throttle movement compared to my Z4 M40i says clearly its very very quick. Is bigger than I expected prior 4 seat BMW was an F series 440i MPPSK

Still playing with the various modes. Can't really settle on anything till the 1200 are done.

After the 1200 oil change & what ever else they do will do some coding for minor things like soft turn signal blinks etc.

Just a note have not had any CarPlay drop outs that some others have experienced.

Weather has been generally crappy since I brought it home & only had the roof down a few times. Quite a show the way it folds up, the Z4 is very simple in comparison.

Like some others no cargo net but have some from prior BMW's will see if any fit.

If you have anything specific will try to answer but car has not seen WOT yet.

I have a BSM/Tartufo sitting in QC for 2 weeks.

It's like baby M8 and when the top comes off in a stoplight… it turns heads for sure.

This is the car there will be leaving upfront at the valet LOL!

Also speaking of the m8, does anyone feel like they are too close to the top of the windshield when driving with the top down? That was one of my complaints when driving the 8 series.

Also how cheap is the visor?

Annoying and now gone: Rear headrests, visor warning stickers and chrome roundels on trunk, hood and wheels.

Also installed Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4. OEM summer Michelin tires have nearly zero grip in freezing temps. A/S are my year round tire.
