I have an RSC lip on order but I am starting to think it's too aggressive if you don't have other mods / are lowered?

I want to keep the order since I don't really like the OEM lip too much. How are you liking the lip and how is it with daily driving?

I am going through the same struggle in choosing. I am looking at the MHC which is some what similar, and it kicks forward a lot it seems.

How do you like the front lip???

The 5 series has an electronic tilting wheel while the M4 is manual so they just make sure that I am fully aware there is no adjusting the steering wheel position. For the 5 I would imagine they would need to disable it to prevent any issues. No other mods were done and I didn’t want them to install the button on the dash. I had them mount this on the hand control bracket underneath the steering wheel

I was worried about the lip and lowering it at first. I honestly was not going to lower it at first but I’m glad I did cause the drop helped the look a lot. What I’ve noticed from these cars is the front seems to sit higher so even though it’s lowered the lip has a lot of clearance from the ground. I thought the lip would poke out as well but sticks out a little more than an inch. I get a lot of compliments on the lip. I think you’ll be fine even if you don’t lower it.

Thanks for the insight. My lip just shipped (finally) so I am excited to take a look once I get back from vacation. The bumper definitely needs something as it looks incomplete once we've seen it with a lip/splitter.

Yes they did disable it. The bracket they used there was no way they could keep it enabled.

I’m not surprised. When I first put hand controls in a few years back they asked if it was an electronic system because they would need to disable it. Luckily all 3 and 4 series have the manual tilt so nothing was really needed to be done.

For anyone curious, adjusting the tilt after installing hand controls will affect the accelerator pedal. The smallest adjustment will cause the accelerator pedal to constantly to be pressed.

That combo is the best. We have the 2023 X7 M60 in the same combo, but tartufo and it always looks freshly washed even after it gets dirty. Its crazy how the Brooklyn Grey changes color with the lighting. Its almost impossible to get a picture representative of what you see in person. Your pics came out great.
