Eventuri Intake for G8X - Maintenance

Hi,

Is there someone who has successfully cleaned their Eventuri intake?

I am wondering if the filter can be removed from the carbon housing. I reached out to Eventuri and haven’t heard back so I am looking to the community.

At first glance it doesn’t seem like it should come apart but this is my first try at working on my car solo.

Thanks in advance!

I haven’t done mine yet but just looking at the photo you should be able to undo that screw to release the clamp holding the filter in the CF housing. Should then just be able to clean the filter with compressed air or an intake filter cleaning kit.
