im shocked your cousin hasnt offered to pay for anything already. they should cover the deductible plus the increase in your insurance rate for the next few years tbh until your rate goes back down. also along with the depreciation caused by the accident.

He needs to come off on money for your lawyer to get the reckless driving citation dropped.
