My car just went 150 and haven’t heard anything regarding not getting the yellow DRLS.

Hoping for delivery mid July as I’m in the U.K and it usually takes just 2 weeks to hit dealers lot. But if I didn’t get yellow DRL’s I’ll be requesting a discount as that’s what was sold to me, you know 😄

Not yet. I secured one in the "second" round of allocations from BMW AU. My dealer has submitted the order and is waiting for BMW AU to confirm the build week.

Nice. I’ll add you to the list!

Is your car coming with laser lights?

There seems to be rounds of a white AU CS with standard lights…

I queried my dealer on that this morning. He said he's heard nothing from BMW regarding the yellow laserlights being deleted, and would be very surprised if that was in fact true. He went into his system and checked the build for another customer's CS (late July build slot) and said the yellow laserlights were still noted on the build.

Regarding the white one in Melbourne with standard lights, he is not sure. He said it may be a pre-production or homologation car etc.

Keeping my fingers crossed! Would be super disappointing if they started turning up with standard headlights.

Finally

Happy Father's Day to all!!!

I picked mine up this weekend. I agree with everyone else regarding steering feel and driving dynamics; as expected, the car's a monster performance-wise.

Looks like your boy is already claiming his car when he gets his license!
Congrats to him 😁

Funny you say that; later that day he brought his friend from our neighborhood over to show him "Daddy's new car" -- I ended up taking them for a ride, they loved it!

In all seriousness, it's such a communicative driver's car, kudos to BMW. I'm also a little annoyed they don't tune the normal M models this way.

M3 CS Delivered!

I picked up this fantastic M3 CS this week. Its at the detailer getting PPF, ceramic coating, tints and some MORE carbon fiber (M Performance Flow Through Rear Spoiler, side skirts and rear winglets)! Staggered 20" M Performance Style 1000M gold bronze wheels and will wait to see how I can improve the exhaust sound!

Keeping the 2020 F90 Comp for at least a few months to see which super sedan is better!!

Steering wheel feel is perfect Imho. Not too soft, and not too firm. It’s like it’s just right. And the cars turns with the wheel perfectly. The feedback is amazing

put 15 miles on it so far
definitely doesn't feel like the 22 m3 comp xdrive I had for a short while
feels more like a smaller m5cs
I haven't taken it out on the highway yet, but I'm hopingn it pulls similar to the m5cs...that was a rocket from 60-120
the interior is amazing with leather everwhere and the alcantara wheel just makes it feel special
seats are same as m5cs and I thought those were super comfortable except getting in and out
exhaust noise is a bit too soft for my taste but that's an easy mod
if I decide to keep it for longer than 3 months (I have ADHD when it comes to cars), I'll powder coat the wheels the nice bronze like factory
Some of the pics make the front wheels look too small, but it isn't noticeable at all in person.
That lip is so low, I wouldn't risk a drop to the front end

Just my opinion - I think the black car looks better with the gold/bronze wheels. They offset it well and look good when in motion
