I happen to like the silver window trim and the more classic Hofmeister kink found on the 3.0 CSL. I doubt it’s possible to order this direct from BMW, but perhaps someone here knows of a third party shop with a reputation for fabricating things like this. Personally I think it would look great in gold like on the M5 CSL or M8 first edition.

I mean, there is a Shadowline delete option for the car so you could get the chrome pieces if you wanted. Won’t change the shape in the rear. Could also get the trim you have wrapped. But as for changing the shape of the kink….that’d be tough.

I’d you like the gold I’d start by wrapping the trim and see how yo7 like it. As for changing the kink shape, since it’s on the body, you’d have to fabricate some kind of piece to set there.
