New MAD Product Release - M2 M3 M4 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake System

MAD BMW M2 M3 M4 G80 G82 G87 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake

The images currently displayed may not fully depict the final design of our intake system. We've made a significant enhancement by incorporating small open vents on the intake box. This innovative feature is designed to maximize both sound and airflow, while still maintaining the benefits of a closed box to ensure optimal air temperatures.

Discover the unparalleled combination of performance, aesthetics, and sound with the MAD BMW M2 M3 M4 G80 G82 G87 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake, specially designed for the BMW M3/M4. Engineered to redefine the limits of your BMW's S58 inline-6 engine, this system is a testament to MAD's commitment to quality.

The MAD intake system outperforms the factory setup significantly. This exceptional airflow capacity is crucial for supporting higher power levels, making it an ideal choice for future modifications and enhancements. This unique configuration not only creates a symmetrical and visually striking engine bay but also improves the overall efficiency of the airflow.

Key Features:

Carbon Fiber Craftsmanship: Immerse your engine bay in the lightweight strength of carbon fiber. The precision-crafted carbon fiber construction not only enhances the system's durability but also adds a touch of sophistication to your vehicle's aesthetics.

Semi-Closed Airbox with Small Vents: Our cutting-edge closed airbox design incorporates strategically placed small vents, creating a harmonious balance of airflow. This intelligent configuration ensures optimal air circulation while maintaining a sleek and streamlined appearance under the hood.

High-Flow Carbon Fiber Air Filters: Our High quality washable filters ensure maximum airflow, allowing your engine to breathe better and deliver peak performance.

Factory Lower Ram Air Box Integration: Seamlessly connect to the factory lower ram air box, optimizing the intake system for increased efficiency. This integration ensures a continuous flow of cool, dense air to your engine, translating to enhanced horsepower and torque.

Precision Engineering for Performance: Each component of our intake system is meticulously engineered to deliver top-tier performance. From the high-flow filters to the intricately designed airbox, every detail is fine-tuned to maximize airflow and boost your G80 M3's power.

Easy Installation: Designed with enthusiasts in mind, our intake system offers a straightforward installation process. The kit includes everything needed for a hassle-free upgrade, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of enhanced performance in no time.

Enhanced Engine Response: Experience a heightened throttle response and acceleration. Our Carbon Fiber Intake System ensures that your G80 M3 responds instantly to every input, providing an exhilarating driving experience with each press of the pedal.

This is a closed airbox so it will be tamer than a open airbox design however we are adding vents to get the best of both worlds. Most likely it will not be as loud as the open air box but it will perform better in hot conditions with a lower iat.

Similar I suppose with the vents on the top cover and we are both using the factory lower intake box. Unlike the dinan we are not using rubber hoses to the turbos inlets.

Tons of copies coming out of china and they are quick. I'm sure it will have our new vented cover sooner or later as well.

Most likely they all have a common source. Some factory in China is making them and selling them to everyone.

Looks like a nice system.

If you guys end up doing a Dyno comparison and IAT comparison that show improvement over OEM I’d consider scooping one of these up.

I think is a great idea but why add the vents? Just for additional noise? The closed system would have lower IAT leveraging the cold air feed from the factory lower boxes right? I’d rather have the lowest IAT possible leveraging the bigger conical filters.

Our upper cover is larger than the stock cover so air volume is increased slightly.

The vents are going to be very small and at the top of the housing to allow any hot air to escape. When the the vehicle is in motion the factory air ram system will supply all the air needed and any additional air will flow out the top. I do not see many scenarios where the air will entering for the top vents. I also figured they could easily be taped for track events and such .

So yes the vents are going to help with increased sound but I don't think it will dramatically effect iat if at all.

That’s a win for me. Not really interested in systems that require such a hassle for an install.
