Second on Mike's suggestion on the EBC yellow stuff pads. They are a nice improvement over factory pads. More initial bite, better resistance to fade and quieter.

How's the dust compared to factory pads?

I remember being next level confident with my MK7 GTI; it had the Golf R brakes on the performance pack GTI. Even my VW Corrado from 1992 had confidence inspiring brakes.

I was not super confident with the F80 brakes so I'm not inclined to push the G80 and late brake.

For normal driving it's fine…

Anyone push the limits a bit; hard brake above 100 MPH?

Any quick fix improvements without a huge investment?

Recommendations; fluids, pads, better brake lines etc
Damn, I miss my 93 Corrado SLC.. what a machine!
Would love to find one as a project..

I've driven the G80 with the stock M compound brakes on Monticello Motorclub on the full course, Beat on them all morning, with many 140mph+ to <40mph through the chicane, you'll be more than fine on the stocks. Don't overthink it.

I would say 30% reduction in brake dust

I have these on my ZL1 1LE. They are ridiculous!!! The stock ones were a 10 out of 10. These are 11... super consistent lap after lap from triple digits over and over. No fade at all.
