I have owned my 2024 M3 CS for just over 3 weeks and am almost due for my 1200-mile break-in oil change and ecu unlock for all the boost. I'm freaking pumped. This is the most well balanced, luxurious, track inspired vehicle I've ever owned and I'm in love.

5 months ago I was in the market to order a new M4 Xdrive model when I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger. I prefer sedans over coupe models since I have 2 kids it just makes the most sense. The waiting list for the M3 models were more than 10 customers deep everywhere I went so I had ruled that model out altogether. I didn't rush my decision since whichever way I went it was a sizeable investment. I sat back and did some research and stumbled on the YouTube video of the 2023 M3 CS press release and I was hooked. This was the ONE! I called my dealer I had been working with and he informed me the 2023 models were already presold. I don't even know if he received an allocation. I had done some reading and saw that the 2024 model was going to come with the new touchscreen like the 2023 M2 I had seen in Florida on vacation which I was very impressed by. I knew that even if you had a 2023 M3 CS people always want the latest and greatest technology so as far as resell value went that was the model to pursue. I immediately asked about the 2024 allocation, he admitted he just received the email informing him he had a Black 2024 M3 CS model available and unspoken for. I threw down my deposit and have not regretted it one day since. I was told I would be receiving my 2024 M3 CS model first quarter of 2024 and to my surprise it was here in only 5 months! I couldn't believe it. Truly an incredible experience start to finish. I couldnt be happier.

Just an FYI, the break in service does not unlock any additional power or boost. All of that has been available to you since it left the factory floor…
