2025 M4 Build Week 10
I have an estimated Build Week 10, with corresponds to dates 3/3-3/7 which is the current week. The MyBMWApp and the Genius, however, are stuck on the "Production Begins" date 2/21 ("your BMW has entered the production queue"). Anyone else out there in the frozen tundra of BMW Build Week 10?
Not my first time monitoring a car production, but it is the first time where progress is "frozen". Sometimes I wish we didn't have this feature. It's killing me ... |

Well, after all, the app updated the status to “exterior body assembly begins”. World order has been established. Moderators, feel free to delete this thread, I don’t think anyone is interested 😂

May I ask how do you know this? I’m relatively new to the forum, so if you’re a source of this kind of information thank you! My AD has no update on it other than what the Genius says… I imagine now it takes like 4-5 weeks for delivery (2 at port waiting for pick up, 2 on the boat, and 1 in Galveston)? Can’t wait. Again, thank you! |

Interesting, the “my garage.bmwusa.com” site says what I wrote above, “exterior body assembly begins” while the “MyBMW” App agrees with you and says “Delivery Underway”.
Maybe this helps those that like me were getting a little antsy… get the “MyBMW” app if you don’t have it yet and check there for your car status as well. |

MyGarage/Tracking on mybmw.com provides a bit more detail, but is also delayed in its updates. Week 8 approximations are to arrive at US Port (East Coast) end of March, so assume +2 weeks from there for Week 10 arrivals. Add another +2 weeks if you're TX or West Coast. After arrival at port add another week for VPC and Delivery to dealer. |

Well, the tracker now is trying to catch up… updated now to “in the paint booth” all in the same day. Makes sense since the car should be finished by this Friday.
I’m all good now that I know things are moving within the production line. This is yet another toy car, so I can wait as long as it takes. I figure ETA is April-May… |

[QUOTE=FRCFED8;30959352]Dispatched from the factory 10 min ago. How long does it take to get to Port? I see several shops leaving Mid March.
The genie says the car is “waiting carrier assignment” just now. You must be on to something because according to the genie the car was built in all of two days? Is that possible? It almost like the genie can’t keep up with real times. May I ask how you knew it was already finished on Tuesday? Pretty cool 😎 My G22 came on Horizon Highway in 2022. I wonder if the G82 will use the same boat. That would be too funny… Cheers! |

At the port today. No ship assignment yet per Genius. Placed the order 2/14, so less than a month from order to completion is not that bad. Now crossing fingers it just gets to hop on the ship last minute LOL

For those needing to keep track of their car, this one left Bremenhaven 4/27 and is scheduled to arrive Galveston 5/10. Again, it was build week #10.
