I ordered my car in October of 21, rate locked at 0.9, finally getting the car sometime next week iA......While during the build time, my CA said that BMW will do whatever it can to get the rate for me and so far they have been successful with other people. Now they say cannot provide that same rate and can do 60 months at 2.99%......utter BS but what can you do, now I am shopping around taking dings on my credit score to get a rate. My CA is a good guy, but not under his control, so venting here on the utter frustration of waiting and now being screwed on the rate.

Seems like FS rates are 3.99% now. Just wonderful.

FWIW it will ding you once, and then you have a grace period to apply around.

My loyalty was $1000. But I ordered back in Feb so maybe that changed. :

I'm going to meet with my CA today to confirm I'm getting June's base rate - is the traditional rate and BMW Select rate the same? Or do they differ slightly?

What do you mean by traditional? BMW money rates are different on all their offerings...lease, finance, Select, Owner's Choice.
