You can add the carbon parts after you hit 150 as they're port installed options. Not sure about the carbon exterior but at least for the side skirts you can add after 150.

I think that's a typo, right? 5/8 should be about week 20.

Decided to be annoying and call Genius again to confirm if week 19 stuck when they rescheduled me, and yep, week 19 it is (for now lol)

Did they actually say "build week 19"? Or "week 19"? When I call I noticed Genius usually says something like "scheduled to start week 17", which is why I'm assuming means completion of week 19. I still can't tell if I should be in the week 17 thread or here.

I didn't ask whether it was start or finish as I've had numerous Genius' tell me both in terms of what the week build means. At this point I've given up trying to figure it out

Historically it's always been the week it's completed is your build week, but with all the supply chain craziness (and when Germany decided their week 1 started) it seems like there's confusion on it.

My rep said it's week 19 (week of May 8th). I am not 100% sure but based on my experience with my 2022 X3 M40i build process, the production is completed within a day or two once your car is in the assembly line. Mine hit 112 today as well!

Week 20 here - spoke to genius this morning (I'm status 112) and she said build week is the start of production. She's the 2nd genius to tell me so. I always thought that build week is week of completion. Who knows….

Thanks for doing that! The thought occurred to me too since we are at 112 at what seems like a long time before start of production.

That's what made me want to call yeah, it seemed pretty early to be scheduled already this far out. Or at least unusual given how things have gone lately.

I'm guessing they're doing as much scheduling as they can to see where the MY22 stuff might be able to end and they can get ready for the MY23 switch. Still have no idea how that'll end up playing out, but we'll see I guess.

Am in week 19 and just returned to status 112, Scheduled for Production.

Put in my deposit on Jan. 27 for a week 8 build already in status 111; went to status 112 upon options entry; bumped back to status 105 and no build week in mid-February, like many; then bumped to week 19 and status 111 a few days later.

Damn I hope this finally happens. When I decided I had fallen out of love with my '18 C63s coupe I sold it (got big $$$$) and have been driving a '12 Mazda 6 since.

I've had about 5 build weeks assigned, starting with a build week 9. I've stayed in 112 since March, so who knows. As of this morning they again confirmed I'm scheduled to *start* week 17.

Just went from Scheduled for Production (112) back to Order Received (111 or worse). Waiting for my CA to tell me what build week I am in now.
