Migrating over from the week 30 thread
Most everyone there caught a ship already heading East Coast and/or Brunswick.

Almost 3 weeks now at Port … unbelievable
I missed all three ships leaving to Port Hueneme on the 7th,8th, & 12th 🥺

Crazy part is another forum member, good dude, had his car built a day after mine. Yet he’s already on a boat ..

His was an M4 mine is an M3 , I know they get built in different plants. But both go to Bremerhaven

There really is no rhyme or reason, and it’s definitely not first come first serve.

I’ve had shit luck this entire process … so getting boned again doesn’t surprise me. Had issues securing my allocation at first, then carbon bucket shortage delaying me multiple times from Week19 all the way to Week 30

But I digress , just needed to vent a bit

That sounds like a glass half full instead of half empty. I like it. I think at this point everyone in this group is at the dock awaiting boats....lol. At this point you just gotta laugh and say it is what it is and once you get it you'll be that much more excited for when the day actually comes. I know my CA is going to let me know the day it arrives so I can see it roll off the truck....lol

called bmw today, they told me when your car at port, leading time go to ship is 4 ~ 6 weeks.

Yep, Port Hueneme I believe, but I’ll double check. I thought that the next ship wasn’t leaving until next week, but I was surprised to see it change to in transit this morning.

I’m going to call later on today to get additional details.
