Hey all. I’m popping over from week 45. I’ve been tracking your progress to get a see what week 45 can expect. Congrats on making it on to a ship. Anyone getting port installed options?

Week 44 still at port. West coast.
Hoping for Pleiades Leader tomorrow or Garnet Leader on the 19th, Orion Leader on the 21st. There was a wait for west coast ships, now 3 in a row.

We have pretty similar builds. Mine is Brooklyn Gray over Tartufo with a 6 speed. I only opted for the 826M Black wheels, extended shadowline trim, shadowline headlights, red brake calipers, and ventilated seats. I'm excited to see the Tartufo and how it compares to the interior of my truck.

Yes, they did. There are a few W/W ships this week too for Baltimore/Galveston/ETC

Gberg and I did but I don't think destriero has yet. Gberg and I are on the Don Pasquale scheduled for arrival in NYC 11-29.

No port installed options for me either.

Next few weeks are going to be tough. Our cars are going on a tour of europe before arriving here.

I’m sure the wait will be grueling, but I’m guessing you’ll be driving your new M’s before mid December.

Nov 6 -- At the Port
Nov 11 -- In Transit

I assume the vehicle will be on Pleiades leader if headed to the west coast & MyGarage showed "In Transit" on Nov. 11?

Still waiting in quality check, will be two weeks on Friday, trying not to blow a gasket! I believe a couple from week 45 may have also made ships? Hoping mine just hasn't been updated and will skip a few steps and update to in transit! No PIOs for me...

If you call bmw Genius I think they should be able to tell you which boat its on!

If you are already in Transit, you should be on Selene leader. Beautiful build, by the way.

Oh awesome heads up! Thanks man, first BMW purchase. I was about to build my MK4 Supra, when my F80 buddy said ‘you really should consider a G80 first’

Thanks for checking up man, still in quality check! Called genius and they are saying the car is produced but waiting on a carrier assignment, seems as though the Brunswick bound cars are getting held back for some reason. You chose the right port of entry my man! How is your voyage so far?

My car should be in NYC tomorrow, sometime. I'm starting to get pumped! I'm hoping to get it next week so long as VPC doesn't take too long.

We’ll, after being stuck in Quality Check from 11/3-11/29, I finally had an update to ‘Awaiting Carrier Assignment’ so hopefully on my way to port and onto a ship soon. Interestingly, the production date which originally was 11/3 is now showing 11/29. Really hoping there wasn’t some actual quality control issue with the car that took this long to fix! Happy to be moving forward…
