Preowned M4 Comp xDrive : Decent deal for anyone looking

Saw it on FB. Decent deal, $94982, pretty well equipped (based on the VIN and Mdecoder) MSRP was probably $97k, and a 2023 with these options will be $100K. Skyscraper with Full Silverstone.

Both the M4's didn't have their break-in service performed. Would that have voided the basic warranty, hence the low price?

It is really that low of a price ? I mean its still a used car even if the miles r low. Wouldnt pay MSRP for a used one esp for M4. How do u know they dont have a break in service done?
