I drive the hell out of my cars. If I can do something, specially as little as this to protect them, hell yeah I’ll do it! The road and elements always win but that doesn’t mean I have to purposely stand in-front of the car with a sand blaster. Does it?

Bottom "washer" from IND clutch stop peeled off, I guess the glue doesn't hold well enough after ~2 weeks? Rhino glued it back on, hoping that solves the issue permanently.

You made a statement and I disagree with it . . . pretty simple and not uncommon on a forum of public opinion.

For the record, I do not disagree with everything you stated.

You stated they are cheap and a really important upgrade . . . I agree they are cheap, but not that they are important.

If you had just stated you got some mud flaps and showed them, I would have had not comment at all.

I adhere to the " if you don't have something positive to say then it's best to say nothing" camp. With that said I think what is really distracting is the CF weave and " Autozone look" I had a MKV Supra and it too had arches and rock impact zones and mud flaps were a controversial modification. The best solution that I saw was one made of the same plastic the Europeans have to use for wheel extensions ( in fact our M3s have them in Europe) but they fit below, protruding to catch all the rocks etc.

I still opted not to do it just like my M3 I went with XPEL in the area. If I am unlucky enough to get something that goes through that...well that's what USAA is for.

To the OP, your car, your mods be happy. But as was mentioned when you post stuff up on a public discussion forum you have to wear a thick suit at times. You should try college football boards...your mom isn't safe!

Yes. To each his own. There are color combos that people get on their cars that I think are ugly, but if it makes the owner happy then that's great for them. But yea, public forum is going to garner comments on things.
