Coming from the M2 subform it is quite a change over here . . .

Everyone loves their M2 and, overall, very positive comments and experience.

Not sure why all the hate for the G80/82? Doubt many have even seen the cars in person, and I am certain none have even driven one as of yet.

At any rate, not here to convince anyone to like anything.

Fact is, I am not myself much a fan of certain features of the G80/82, including the now infamous front grilles. No doubt, I have made my share of harsh comments toward the grilles.

Still, so much more to an ///M car than the front grille and - as much as I enjoy my M2C - the G80/82 made my beast seem almost instantly 'tired' or 'dated.'

I think the G80 M3C will be prove to be another great ///M car and I cannot wait to take delivery.

Personally, I like how it looks. Even the big grill. As long as a license plate hasn't been mounted. The euro plate on it looks really ridiculous.

I said it was a flop, and it was.

M8Coupe was Discontinued after a year.
They are practically giving them away via low lease offers.

Im not a hater, I own the v10 and f13 coupe still, I won't get an M8, it's just not appealing aesthetically at all to me.

I guess we will see!

we don't know anything yet, no info yet from BMW. But my guess is they will hold them all and release them all at the same time once they all get here. Now some could see them a day or so earlier then most maybe however BMW may not let dealers retail them till a certain date. If I had to guess I would say from the rumors my guys have heard it will me in March for the launch cars to be picked up. but we will see!! Im sure we will know something more concrete 1st of the year but if he has a in writing confirmed date then I don't know. I dont know how you can do PC on a launch car so not sure.. I guess we will have to wait and see!!

**Just checked with my guys, sounds like you could do PC on launch cars, so could be possible, that would be awesome if we get them sooner then March. they are going to check the system this morning and let me know what the latest release info is that we can see and ill report back If I hear anything. Either way Im looking forward to seeing them in person once people start to get them!

Yea. I saw it at the dealer on a 440 and thought it was pretty nice too. If my custom color doesn't work out I won't be too upset going with PB.

Returned my M3 today and saw the PB on some 430's. With the new images posted in other threads, I think that is gonna be the color for me... it looks super nice with the black wheels and accents, and, it does a reasonable job toning down that grill. The blue just seems to be able to tame that oversized thing without having to go to really dark color like Black or TZ blue.

As for pricing, even my dealer said to WAIT. Leasing is way too expensive right now. Allocations will be readily available, residuals will be better, and they'll be able to do much better on the pricing. January here in New England so I am in no rush. Time to see some pro reviews and get some feedback form the early buyers.

Taking delivery on one on Monday. Don't mind the grill. Love the color with the black wheels. Do wish it was lowered a bit, which I will eventually do.
