The first one is just the wheel and core, the others include the carbon bezel, paddles, and button layout.

I don't understand why people pay so much for this. Go to a reputable shop, they will strip your wheel from leather and wrap it in alcantara. It will literally be the same as OEM CS/CSL for a fraction of the cost. I paid 150$ to get mine done.
