Hi,

Yes, it will bolt right on you just need to make sure you buy the additional connection pipes which you would need to connect it to the stock midpipe as well.

Haus Of Power in California recently performed a custom Dyno tune on an M4 using our new resonated Midpipe and 3'' catless downpipe with some impressive results. With an unlocked ECU and a custom tune on a mix of 91 octane and E85 (which produced an E50 blend), the car achieved a jaw-dropping 700whp and 657wtq.

More importantly what do you think of the sound?

No driving, but here is startup with valves open and some small break in RPM revs in the garage. Stock DP, MAD MP, Stock rear with Dahler controller and open by default valves.

I installed my MAD midpipe this morning. If you are on the fence do it! It’s a great fit and sounds great. Not too loud at all and you get rid of so much junk. I did have to machine 7/16” spacers for the cross brace to lower it a bit more but not a big deal. You can buy aluminum spacers on eBay in a 10 pack of any size for $20 if you too end up needing them.

Regarding your shims and our brace . Are you sure you have the pipe close enough to the heat shield ? We have tons of these installed and I cant recall anyone needing to add spacers.

I will tweak some more on it and see next time I have it off the ground. I have it where the MAD logo is facing the ground and Y is perpendicular to the ground. Fit up was great and with mine the end of the front pipe is the lowest point to the ground. Gain ground clearance from that point on to the rear.
