I’m not a fan of the red-pinstriping (it looks like electrical tape). But the paint job especially with the rear spoiler looks great. The red tape looks like it can be peeled off.

With normal badges (50th anniversary badges also look tacky) and no red tape, looks pretty cool.

Remove the red stripes and the car is perfectly fine in any of its 3 colors, I personally don't like mat/frozen paints but I respect ppl who do.

I personally do not mind the red stripes. It is part of the concept. I will decide when I get mine (in production right now) whether I want to remove them or not (Alpine White).
My guess is I won’t.

Look, the car isn't for everyone, which is totally fine. The people that want one can (maybe) buy one and the people who bought one should be able to show pictures of it without being slammed over and over again.
Trust me on this one, your negative opinion about the car has been said repeatedly and is still valid, however there's literally zero reason to repeat it. Let people enjoy cars. There's nothing that you will say that will change anything about this particular car. Don't like it, don't buy it, vote with your wallet.

FBG is a paint booth shell in any lighting.

If you want understated get a regular degular M without yellow lights.

Why is a joke? My 2020 M4 Comp DCT 3.8secs 0-60 same as G80.. my F82 gets more attention then new G80.. I like the new G80 but please don’t make comments just have something to say.

G80/G82 is not 3.8 0-60, maybe it says that on BMWUSA, but it’s not factual. Even an average driver will do much better, 3.3-3.4. And my G82 gets way more attention than my F82 or my F80 ever did. G8X is a better car, you don’t have to agree, but it’s true.

Last I checked, BMW is a for-profit entity and made the calculation that most CSL customers wanting FBG would accept the up charge. It’s a good business decision if you ask me.
