BMW Seattle never messes up alignment but they are super backed up and charge a lot of money ($200 for M4, $400 for X5 - I just said lol, no thank you for the X5).

I moved all my service to BMW Bellevue because they are much closer and I can get an appointment for tomorrow if I wanted. Instead of a month away for Seattle.
kjx Can I get the tech name you worked with at BMW Bellevue?

I have an appointment tomorrow morning at BMW Bellevue for the same issue with the brand-new X5.

Appreciate your help

If the wheels are aligned properly and you want to keep that spec, you can adjust the steering wheel yourself by adjusting the toe.
You just have to make sure to turn the tie rod adjustments the same amount - opposite direction, on both fronts.

Update: got the alignment done at BMW center. Both front and rear TOE was out of specs.

How often/when are you supposed to get an alignment done?

Also, if the alignment is off then does BMW perform it for free if you’re within the service warranty the car comes with 3 years I believe?

Should get it checked at least every 6 months, more often if your roads are garbage.

Alignment is a wear and tear item, not covered by warranty.

Is this a common issue?
my G87 is the same. It is just tie rods that need to be adjusted. The alignment itself seems fine.
