I’d your horn isn’t working sometimes the relay can get stuck. A simple fix for this is just punch your horn as hard as humanly possible. I’m talkin like gorilla punch that bitch. You’ll totally be fine, nothing can possibly go wrong.

Good question - I almost never use it.

OP could keep an airhorn w/ him or just roll the window down and yell..

Those 3 big screws and springs have 3 little contacts there that need to touch for the horn to work. You either didn’t screw them down enough or screwed them in too tight. They all also need to be screwed in the exact amount. You need to adjust them where it takes just enough force but not too much and not too little. It’s annoying but once you get them tightened correctly the horn will work. Too tight and it won’t work and too loose they won’t touch. I’ve replaced steering wheels so many times and it’s always a little tricky getting them just right. Don’t over tighten because then it will be harder to take the airbag off again.
