I hope people are not getting frozen dark grey and frozen deep grey confused. Both looks gorgeous, however one is much darker than the other.

I am curious. What % tint is everyone running on this paint. Everyone I spoke outside the forum says run 5. Everyone on the forum says run 20 t0 30.

Here is two shots of mine, one in sunlight and one in the shade. Incredible how much it changes, in overcast weather it's matte black imo.
That's quite the striking difference. Looks great.

I've seen frozen deep grey at the dealer - that's what the M4 gets. I've ordered an M3 with frozen dark grey, but have not seen one in person.

Got the raw end of a deal with a dealer allocation which ended up pushing production back to July and delivery late 2022 (hopefully). Checked BMW's inventory locator and there was one M3 available. It was a demo with full M performance parts but I fell in love.

Love it. I just wish I could see Mpe and side skirts in person. Love my BSM and black wheels. I think it'll look beastly with Mperf stuff.
Enjoy it.

Appreciate the kind words.

Definitely look into m performance parts. They really add to an already amazing looking car. Being honest, when the pics of the mpe came out I had the same reaction as most, wasn't my thing. But after seeing it in person, on this car, with the other m performance parts it really makes the car special. And the sound ain't bad either…

You'll love it. This color really highlights the lines of the G80.

Interior is full Fiona red with the carbon trim. No carbon buckets. They look great but just aren't comfy to me. If they were I'd take them in a heart beat.

Nice!! I did the same spec but went for the carbon buckets- she will be seeing the track.

Post couple pics with the door open, so we can see the seats and paint at the same time. hehehe

Sorry bro. I can't take an interior pic if my life depend on it… but I did get a decent one of the front grill head on just before dusk which turned out

Frozen Dark Grey w/ Orange or Red interior

I think I've finally settled on FDG on my M4, but damn if the Orange vs Red interior decision isn't killing me! I've never been an orange / bright colors guy, but this car / color demands it. I was set on the red when I was considering Dravit, but now looking at the way FDG and orange go together, it's tough. Will it be too bright, fun at first but as a daily it gets old? Or will I get the red and think man I should have just done it with the orange, taken the leap....

so tough.

Would you be able to provide some photos of the front license plate from different angles? I think you're the only one I've seen that has ACC and a front plate. I am debating whether or not to put it on mine when it arrives.

For my taste I prefer the more subdued red vs the bright orange but I'm biased.

Frozen Deep Grey on the M4 is a nice color but it's a bit darker than Frozen Dark Grey is on the M3. You should really try and see the color in person. Pic's don't do them justice.

I've see the Frozen Deep Grey in person on the M4 but have yet to see the Frozen Dark Grey on the M3, which is what I have ordered. I'm pretty torn between FDG, DG and BG right now. Interior will be either Silverstone or Fiona red, TBD.

I am 100% satisfied with the overall look with the stock front plate. To my eye symmetry is key.

I went orange and I don't regret it one bit. Red will still look nice because it matches the calipers. Orange is definitely loud, but with such a reserve ext color. I think it's perfect. Orange also looks amazing with Tanaznite blue even though I'm not a fan of that exterior color.

Funny you say that. There's two options I feel like I wanted, one was the seats but was too scared for comfort reason, the other is the adaptive cruise control. It's not symmetrical and it will always bother me even though I would love that feature. It happened to an srt 392 charger I purchased, wasn't symmetrical and I had to leave it out. Crazy how my son gets to experience that feature in his K5 GT and I still have yet to have this feature.

Thanks a lot. Looks great. I, too, can't stand the asymmetry of the tow hook plates. I'll most probably go with the stock front mount especially since I custom ordered a 1960s CA plate which goes nice with Brooklyn Gray.

Hey guys. First post here. Been debating for months on getting the M3 in FDG but I noticed it is no longer available in the BMW Individualizer...

Would I still be able to get my hands on one of these beauties? Thanks in advance for any information. Loving all the pics in here
