Steep driveway into garage

Hi - curious if anyone has the same shitty garage and driveway as I do. My house sits above the street with a front split door garage. My lowered Audi S4 scrapes the underside when entering, lowered e36 gets stuck and can’t enter. How low are these and has anyone experienced this issue?

Pictures of the driveway would be very helpful. Stock height you can probably get away with it considering your cars are lowered.

You may need a bridge. I looked into these prior to taking delivery but didn't end up needing one …

Can you enter at an angle?

My driveway is very steep, and short. I had a horrible time with my M2C at stock height, and zero issues with my M3. The longer wheelbase helps, I think. However, there's zero chance that I can lower my car without creating an untenable driveway situation.

This thread is a good reminder since I'm having my driveway completely re-done this week.

I need to tell the asphalt company to make the mouth of the new driveway a long transition to the street since it's higher, so I don't rub the front lip when pulling in.

Sorry, the issue isn't when entering the driveway, it's when entering the garage. I'll take a pic of what I mean. The only solution that I've used was placing 2x8 boards on either side of the garage door but that's preferable from an aesthetic standpoint.

I got one for my driveway. I got tired of trying maneuver in and out.

I have a crazy steep driveway and at stock height it's fine as long as I take crest of the driveway at an angle. If I don't it scraps. I was looking at KW HLS but they have confirmed they are not making it for the G80 platform

I hear you haha. Would look so good with a drop but it's just not going to happen

I did Bridgit and ordered from Amazon. Better price on their website but I'm conditioned to clicking on Amazon. Jeff Bezos got me in the matrix.

I had this fun in our recent rental. Was hilarious. Except for the constant front lip scraping.

Lol nice. Luckily, I fit in my driveway by one finger width with my OEM, MP front lip. The first couple times it was a little sketchy. I had my wife spotting me. Lol.

I know the feeling with Amazon though. 😂

Shit, I've even recently bought stock. 😂all in.

Curbramps here, no luck though as it's not the curb but the driveway itself that's too steep, none of my sedans make it up, only the SUVs.. The downside is the HOA nipping at my feels about parking on the street...

I'd get the driveway redone at that point.. I'm curious to see what these driveways look like that they're too steep for sedans.
