Overall nice job with the render but it looks like the official picture has a lot more creases and separations going on with the rear fenders than the renders smooth look.
The wing looks interesting in the pictures as well, asymmetrical with what looks like tracks for full adjustability. Likely it’s a full CF system without the weight adding light fixture in the render. There are more small difference which I suspect will tighten up and make it look more agressive than the overly soft look of the render but we’ll see. |

To me the car looks very close with one sad exception. The straight bottom line of the windows make a huge difference to tighten and strengthen the look of the concept vs the M4 and the obvious curve of the CSL teaser picture, big mistake

Concept was spot on. This version, if released, is not.

For the money BMW are charging i would have expected a completely bespoke supercar, not something based on a 4 series.

Assuming the rumors are true, this car will be an embarrassment. Low volume alone does not justify an $800K price tag - the product itself needs to be special.
Hopefully BMW will come through with some bespoke mechanical parts and not just sell an M4 with stage 1 tune and a body kit. |

Cars in this price range are thoroughbreds, It is sacrilegious to compare the BMW CSL with the likes of Aston Martin and Ferrari. I am a BMW fan boy, but I like to keep it real. The CSL better sport some exotic unequal A Arms upfront

I mean why don't we all go back to dial up and brick phones. At least do a cool gearbox something like koenigsegg did on the jesko. BMW lost its way catering to a market of people who are not drivers or racers. |

Meh. At $800k these will never see a road. From an investment perspective not sure it makes sense. Unless they plan on only making 50 of these I don't see this as a good investment and at $800k definitely not something most would want to drive. Will be interesting to see the reception and even more interesting to see values in 5 or 10 years.
At least stuff like this keeps the forum busy |

At 800k looks are paramount. That will look like a mustang had sex with a civic. No good.
