VIN will be in my garage. Instead of production # it will show your VIN.
You then can see your production date in the Dev tools screen on your computer

Production usually begins about ten days after you receive your vin. Your production week (day if you can get it from a genius/CA) is the week/date your car will be completed. They use the word estimate a lot because there are sometimes delays during the process. Keep hope alive, at least you already have an allocation!

Go to "Track My BMW", select the Car
Go the the "Application Tab" and you should see "Session Storage", select "https://mygarage.bmwusa.com"

Thanks for this! 07/06/22. What does the process look like post-build? I'm assuming there are inevitable shipping delays? My current lease (non-BMW - C43 AMG) runs until mid-November this year. Hoping this things comes in time.

Nice - thanks. Vehicle has a 4th of July production date! There appears to be some other interesting info provided in developer mode.

What's the chance I still get built week 27? I am still on 112 status saying I have week 27 build. I added camera recorder and the self parking feature. It atill shows 112 and no vin. Is it too late to be apart of 27?

Well I had the same surprise today with my Interlagos 50 Jahre incl. Carbon Buckets while visiting my Garage. I do have a VIN now and in production, didn't even bother to call Genius for the status# though……

There's a chance it could still go 150/ VIN and still make BW27. All of us that hit 150 so far was yesterday or today. Now come Friday and still no 150 then prob not.

I’ve been stuck at 150 status since the 23rd, but still with a production date of July 4th. I guess I expected to be beyond 150 at this point. Are you all still at 150 also?

Production completes within a couple of working days once it enters the production line. So production can still be completed by 7/4.

Man oh man that went fast?
I went to "out in the desert wandering like a nomad" no hopes of an allocation (since November!) …
…..to early June being offered a 50 Jahre edition / which I was intrigued with for a day, but didn't want the auto nor xdrive….
….. to getting a converted 2022 to 2023 allocation, because somebody backed out at the dealer, while I was first in line.
I've been first in line for weeks and months!
So……what I originally was dreaming for — is a reality :
a G80 MT, ordered to suit.

Amazingly Now I am week 27 with a production date of July 7!
Will have a great weekend knowing it is on the production line. Wow

What does production day of 7/8 mean? Is that when the production actually starts and when it is finished?

That is when it is planned on being finished, actually producing the car doesnt take too long its everything else that is time consuming.
