Arrived at the port on 5/11. Going west coast, so I believe Port Hueneme and there might be a boat heading there next Thursday and a 2 more the week after that. Guess last week of June to take delivery best case scenario...

Fingers crossed for everyone, as this feels worse than waiting for the car to go into production!

I've actually been In Transit twice and At Port twice…

4/8 - Dispatched from factory
4/8 - In Transit (I believe I was lucky enough to spot this when it's going to Bremerhaven by train/truck)
4/13 - At Port (Bremerhaven)
5/9 - In Transit (Genius said it's error; I suspect it's being moved to Zeebrugge, haven't confirmed yet)
5/11 - At Port again

All in all, In Transit doesn't mean a lot now.

3/22 - At the port (actual location: Krefeld distribution centre)
5/9 - In Transit (From Krefeld to Bremerhaven)
5/11 - At the port (Bremerhaven port)

So I guess we have the same experience and your car may also just hit Bremerhaven port
"In Transit" does mean it was moving, Genius told you it's an error since they cannot see the actual location of your car.

Hopefully our cars will be loaded on a boat shortly, Bremerhaven port does not have enough parking space for cars to stay for weeks that's why someone arrived at the port and got on a ship in a few days.

How did you find out what port you were at?

For us West Coasters, "Grand Cosmo" looks to be departing Bremerhaven on 5/19 to arrive at Port Hueneme on 6/16. Keep all of our fingers crossed as this could mean an end of June delivery.

Hopefully I can get on that ship as well! I hit at port a day or two ago!

A day or two once your status changes to 'in transit' your CA or a genius can tell you which ship your car is on and there are apps that allow you to track the ship.
I confirmed with my CA that my M3 is at Bremerhaven

Typically, G80s go through Bremerhaven as well.

The shipping company gets to decide what gets on the ship first? Or does BMW control that? It's crazy how some CA go above and beyond for some individuals while you have other CA who are only friendly during the order process.

At this point, no one knows anything. We can all be pissed about where our cars are or aren't, and how slow it's going, but can't do anything about it. So let's all move on and be grateful for even having an allocation.

No, I'm fairly certain that manufacturers tell the shipping companies which vehicles to load and where they're headed.

To others at port who may have also missed the Olympian, the K-Line "Donington" is currently docked at Bremerhaven and is scheduled to depart for the East Coast tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Fortunately for me, "Dravit" is German for "Donington."
